Brides travel from all over to meet with the Sila design team and designer in person to custom create their wedding trousseau. Interviews and editorials create a wave of excitement in the USA, Canada, the UK, India and Pakistan. 2003, The Sila adaptations collection is featured at exclusive bridal salons and couture retailers making headline in local and international media as the intricate and regal Mughal inspired detailing couples with western bridal gown sensibilities in unique and much desired bridal gowns. Sila continues to penetrate newer grounds with its every popular transitions line offering a wardrobe of relief to the overly trendy bollywood invaded fashion scene for South Asians as well as the rest of the world looking for classic, elegant and graceful designer wear with a South Asian flavor. 2004, On her yearly design trip to Pakistan ;Aesthetic Director and Co-founder Saman Ansari is Interviewed on March 8th 2004 on The International Womens Day as a woman of excellent achievement in an 8 hour long live, interactive interview on Pakistan TV channel 3 as viewers from over 60 countries call in with their questions and admirations. At the end of the show Saman is offered to host live TV shows for 8 hour segments as a moderator and anchor person from March through June 2004, her performance in the programs via live satellite gets accolades with tons of phone calls, letters and fan-email from all over the world. Saman is interviewed on Radio, at Channel Power 99 in Islamabad and with an overwhelming response from listeners and die hard fans, she conducts shows 4 times a week, twice in Urdu and twice in English as a DJ and host from April through June 2004- returning to her award winning passion of a communicator and offering expert advice on clothing, fashion, and makeup. Once again she is the most demanded female voice on the air waves with the highest request rate ever for voice-overs, jingles and commercials.
