The Foundation works under the administrative control of the Ministry of Labour, Manpower and Overseas Pakistanis, Government of Pakistan. The mandate of OPF covers its registered members overseas and their families in Pakistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir. VISION, To advance the social welfare of the Pakistanis working or settled abroad and their families in Pakistan by Identifying their problems and by contributing to their solutions.
